Is it dangerous to use Benefiber or Metamucil? - can metamucil help kidney stones
I'm losing weight. Is it safe to supplement use, such as fiber supplements? The label says it is a laxative Metamucil fiber / fiber supplement. Does this mean that there is as a laxative, the possibility that my bowel muscles atrophy?

If you use these products according to their instructions, they are safe.
Do not use laxative properties, unless they are stopped, which is not used to dry weight loss of liquid when you drink water.
