Where can I borrow a UV light lamp? Is it the same as a nail/beauty UV light? - uv nail light

I'm doing a project for the Science Fair on the effectiveness of sunscreens in the images of photography. And I need a UV lamp to do so. Where can I get one (I do not want to pay for B / C it is very expensive). Could I borrow one from a community college or kindergarten? Is this the same source, like a nail / beauty salon, UV?
