20 year old male looking for a good workout food diet.? - floor wipers muscles used
I am a 20 years old man, and very thin. Gym Jones style training. It consists of pullups, deadlifts, push-ups, jumps, clean and presses, and floor cleaners. many of them. But I admit, my diet is pretty shit. Someone recommended good?

eat lots of bread, rice or pasta, cereals, fruits, vegetables, etc., can in the week. Even milk for calcium. If you bulk up, red meat, meat is highly recommended and you should eat every day ... Protein (including milk, eggs ....) the building of new muscle helps. I hope that helps.
